Lunch after church on Sundays is usually our main meal of the day. Since it was Valentines day (and we'd celebrated Chinese New Year the night before) I hadn't really given it too much thought. But driving home I suggested to Terry we have pancakes.
So out came the mixing bowl. I had to make them from scratch since we were out of pancake mix. The results were yummy pink pancakes that sort of resembled heart shapes. To carry out the Valentine theme we had some delicious chocolate pancake syrup.

I love pancakes for dinner! I actually don't particularly LIKE them, but they make for an easy dinner and Rob LOVES buttermilk pancakes!!
